Three FabLabs in rural areas — Manzat, Messejana and Cuenca — train young people and youth workers in electronics and textile repair, and turn Repair Cafés into a space for youth participation, inclusion and learning between generations. The consortium is the same as WeRepair (2021–2023), now turned towards young people.
Buinho runs the youth worker training and a Repair Bootcamp in Messejana and coordinates the «Repair for Youth Workers» guide. The guide is published at werepair.buinho.eu in short modules, with video and a checklist for each lesson, plus downloadable materials: a kit for running a first Repair Café, in four languages, an electronics safety guide and an introduction to textile repair. Everything is free and open access.
The project plans to leave a repair volunteers' club in each country to keep the activities going after 2026.
